Find where AI pays off in your firm, then prove the return in pounds. The full loop for UK firms, from connected assessment to proof under the SRA's rules.
Reading your real systems is table stakes now. The gap nobody else closes is the far end of the loop: building the agents and putting a number on what they returned. That number is how you know it worked, and how you defend it to a client, a regulator, or the board.
One connected loop, run end to end for your firm. We find where AI pays off, build the agents that capture it, and prove the return.
We connect to the systems your firm already runs on and read how matters really move, instead of asking fee-earners to fill in a survey.
You get a ranked shortlist of where AI pays off in your firm, and what each opportunity is worth.
We build the agents to capture it. Fixed scope, no open-ended retainer.
They work against real matters, with a solicitor in the loop and an audit trail behind every step.
We measure what they save in pounds, every month. If it isn't working, you'll know first.
On 17 August 2026 the SRA warned the profession about two AI failures: client data in public tools, and hallucinated citations reaching court. Graft’s job is to make both visible and prove they are under control.
The notice's first worry is client data going into public tools with no safeguards. Graft surfaces where AI is already used across the firm, including the shadow use on personal accounts, mapped to the matters and data it touches. You see the exposure instead of guessing at it.
The second is invented citations reaching a court without review. Graft shows where AI sits in each workflow and whether a human check is in the loop, so you have the oversight trail the SRA asks for rather than a policy nobody can evidence.
Graft helps you see and prove where AI is used. It is not legal or regulatory advice, and Graft is not a law firm. Your obligations under the SRA Standards and Regulations stay with your COLP, COFA, and solicitors.
Every firm is different, so the assessment finds the real opportunities in yours. These are the areas that surface most often.
Triaging large document sets and flagging what a person needs to read first.
Routine correspondence and standard clauses, drafted for a fee-earner to check and finish.
Structuring new enquiries and surfacing the checks a matter needs before it opens.
Turning the day's work into accurate, well-written time narratives.
Finding the right precedent or past advice across the firm's own knowledge.
Assembling first-pass bundles and case chronologies from the matter file.
The connected assessment is free. It reads your real systems and hands back a ranked shortlist of where AI earns its keep.
