Use of website

  • Use the website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data
  • Transmit any malicious code

AI Readiness Scan

The AI Readiness Scan is provided free of charge as a general assessment tool. Results are indicative and should not be relied upon as professional advice. The scan does not constitute a consulting engagement.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, design, code, and graphics, is the property of Graft Ltd and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

Work product created during client engagements is subject to the terms of the relevant SOW. Unless otherwise agreed, clients retain ownership of custom-developed AI systems upon full payment.

Confidentiality

We treat all client data and business information as confidential. We will not disclose your information to third parties except as required by law or with your consent.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Graft's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including lost profits or data loss.

AI system disclaimer

AI systems developed by Graft are designed to assist human decision-making, not replace it. We do not guarantee that AI outputs will be error-free. Clients are responsible for reviewing AI outputs and maintaining appropriate human oversight.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via our website.
