An agent that worked on launch day can drift when a matter type changes or a system gets upgraded. We run what we build so it keeps doing the job, and so you can see that it still pays.
Monitoring against real work. We watch the agents on your actual workload. When results slip, we see it and act on it.
Fixes as things change. New document formats, changed rules, a system upgrade: we adjust the agents so the work carries on.
A monthly view of what's saved. Every agent is measured against the baseline we agreed before we built it. Each month you see the saving in pounds.
Early warning if it stops paying. If an agent's saving falls away, you hear it from us first, along with what we'd do about it: fix it, change it or switch it off.
Hosting when you want it. Agents start on your own stack. If you'd rather we host them later, we move them across.
You don't sign up to a retainer. Once the agents are running, you pay an agreed share of the saving we can prove each month. If it saves nothing, there's nothing to pay.
